Lifestyle and Weight Management


As a Lifestyle & Weight Management Coach, my goal is to assist my clients as they learn how to implement the critical components for long-term weight loss:  mindful eating,  nutrition basics, healthy exercise and lifestyle change.  It is designed to teach you how to finally take charge of your health.

Program participants receive

  • Health assessments at the start of your program and at its conclusion in order to gauge your progress.
  • SMART goal setting in order to define realistic change and help to ensure client success.
  • Guidance with nutritionally balanced meal planning and managing the lifestyle the changes necessary to enhance your future health.
  • Weekly one-on-one counseling to ensure accountability, provide education and support.  (Sessions are 30 minutes)
