My name is Janine Quigley and I am dedicated to helping others learn how to live a healthier lifestyle.
Physical fitness has always been an important part of my life. It has brought me enjoyment, stress relief, and the confidence that I am doing my best to be healthy and a good role model for my kids.
My love for fitness inspired me to become a personal trainer. I realized pretty quickly, however, that my clients had a lot of questions about weight management. As a result, I decided to obtain two additional certifications which allow me to address clients’ concerns with proper nutrition.
To me, every client is an individual with unique needs and wants. My aim is to provide safe and effective fitness programs that will help clients reach their goals and teach them to make fitness an integral part of their lives. Weight management clients are educated on nutrition basics as we work together to discover the best diet and exercise modifications for them. I encourage all to find a healthy balance of fitness and nutrition in order to improve the quality of their life and their families’
